On June 1, 2004, joined First Presbyterian Church as our first ever Associate Pastor. Phillip is a graduate of Columbia Theological Seminary in Atlanta and graduated from Whitworth College. His areas of concentration are with youth and families, Christian Education and Pastoral Care. |
